The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for bringing Google’s best ideas and innovations to a portfolio of customers, providing technical leadership coupled with a deep understanding of each customer’s business, thus driving greater business value and satisfaction.
As a CSM, you will develop strong relationships with your assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and IT stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals, and how they are using Google Enterprise solutions. Leveraging this customer knowledge and your expertise, you will help customers achieve their strategic goals and improve their business processes.it jobs
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain a position as key strategic advisor to business executives and IT stakeholders at Google Enterprise’s largest accounts, ensuring their business priorities are met using Google Enterprise solutions
• Become an expert in Google Enterprise solutions to provide effective operational and technical advice around these technologies
• Channel customers’ feedback to Google product management and engineering to ensure the best possible in-production experience, and assist in prioritizing product requirements by communicating customer needs and impact; drive operational improvements at Google based on customer insights
• Develop best practice recommendations for Google Enterprise partners based on the experience gained during customer engagements
Minimum qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in cloud-based and on-premise messaging and collaboration enterprise solutions (including Google Apps for Business and Drive for Work), and any related technologies and security standards.
• Account management, client service or consulting experience.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications
• MSc in Computer Science or related technical field
• Hands-on experience in Google+, Hangouts, Cloud Services, Chrome, Android, Vault
• Experience working with partners, systems integrators and third party developers to deliver successful solutions
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple customers and streams of work
• Ability to speak and write in another European language fluently and idiomatically.
